Fluid Tech Systems offer “ROTOFLUID” brand gear pump Model “FTSS” which is self priming, foot mounting type positive displacement rotary gear pump. Model “FTSS” having all Stainless Steel (SS-316) in three piece construction with investment cast.Due to three piece construction, it can be easily cleanable and maintainable that is why it is highly used in all kind of food industries. These pumps have SS-316 Gear and shaft that are nitrated to give long life and trouble free performance. The shaft is supported on self lubricating type Teflon coated DU Bushes and the sealing is done with Teflon based “GFO” pack sealant which gives zero leakage. The right angle mounting brackets facilitates foot mounting of the pump on base plate with Electric Motor of appropriate ratings. These pumps have sturdy design and construction for long trouble free service. The suction and delivery connection are available in 1/4" to 2 ½" size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 8.33 LPM to 300 LPM flow capacity and has suction lift of 1m to 5m at rated speed of 1440 RPM. These pumps are designed up to maximum Viscosity to 1,00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.

Model “FT” having simple two pieces Cast Iron construction which is single helical modified profile carton steel gear shrink fitted on alloy steel hardened and grind finished shaft as gear firmly supported 4 nos. of self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearing which ensure smooth running. These pumps can be run in either direction with change in inlet-outlet port position. The relief valve operations can be reversed by simply changing the R.V. parts on opposite side. The suction and delivery connections are available in 1/4" to 3" sizes. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 5 LPM to 500 LPM flow capacity. These pumps are designed to run at 1440 RPM up to viscosity of 50,000 to 1,00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc. It is desirable to reduce speed for size above 1½" performance at low speed is always advantageous as it improves efficiency, reduce noise level and enhances operational life. The capacity will reduce in proportion to the speed.

These nitrated gear , shafted rotor give better performance with closed tolerance to give long life. Model “FIG” is flange mounted. These pumps are self priming type produces maximum, vacuum determined by the cavity between the gear teeth. These pumps modified profile teeth cutting to give accurate capacity with in the pressure range. These pumps are capable to run liquid up to 500 CST viscosity and up to temperature 200ºc. The sealing is done with mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage.
The suction and delivery connections are available in 3/8",1/2",3/4"and 1" size. Model “FIG” pump come in a capacity Range of 60 LPH to 6000 LPH with operating pressure up to 35 kg/cm², yet for continuous duty maximum recommended pressure is 30kg/cm². These pumps can also be used at 2800 RPM. The capacity will have approx double of normal duty condition. These pump can be run both clock and anti clock direction as per requirement.
